Thank you for being such a great trainer, teacher, and person. I really enjoyed the time you spent teaching me how to do the snatch olympic lift. In the time we spent together, I was so impressed with how knowledgeable you are about anatomy, physiology, training, and what a great teacher you are. You truly made mobility as fun as you could for someone as immobile as me. Thank you for your patience in teaching me. I will still remember the wisdom of training that you imparted to me, “technique, consistency, intensity”. Thanks again for your invaluable knowledge and help. I really made a lot of gains that will help me in the future.

Found Randy to get me back to exercise after the pandemic. Making pretty good progress so far. The workouts he put together are challenging but he’s also super cautious about my previous knee surgery. He will also assign homework when I can only make one class a week. Randy makes me feel very comfortable while training with him. He’s not overly pushy, always very chill and cracking jokes but firm with his instructions. I am learning a lot about fitness and nutrition in the short few sessions I took with him. I would recommend him as fitness and nutritional coach.

Randy has got to be my favorite trainer. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past at multiple gyms but none have delivered results like he has. His workouts are fun and I lost an inch and a half from my waist the first month working with him! He’s professional and highly motivational. Once you work out with him you can tell he really cares about his clients.
